Yes, we offer free and paid design services to all our clients. Our free design services comes from an in-house design team that can provide visual mock-ups, colour code consultation and logo services. If a client requires a more complex design service such as animation or 3-D visual mock-ups, we charge a small fee based on the number of hours required for that project.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. For small and urgent orders, we use DHL Express as our logistics partner and for larger shipments we have sea shipping agents who work with us from 8 countries.

If you live in, or are passing through Adelaide (South Australia), you can pick up your order from our office at MARS Sports Centre, just contact us to arrange a time and day. If you reside interstate or overseas, we will arrange for your order to be sent directly to you, or your closest DHL (or other company) facility to be picked up.

We offer screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, heat fusing, lacing, piping, fringe, beads, crystals and any other special embellishments our clients’ require.

We make all kinds of garments. As we are direct manufactures, we have in-house pattern makers, and our merchandise team can source the best yarn and fabric to suit a particular project.

No, we do not work off a price list or have catalogues featuring products/templates. Every project we start is unique and our pricing is based on each unique detail and feature of the product the client requires. Once we have all necessary details, we can provide an accurate and obligation free quote – either ex-factory, FOB or door to door. We are extremely easy to reach and we have our customer service team working around the clock.

Absolutely, we can source fabrics for you. Whether it is for a particular project, for re-selling, or any other reason, we will offer expert advice and supply almost all types of fabrics used in the garment industry. We already work with cotton, polyester, polyester mesh fabrics, colbar poly french terry, poly lycra, viscose, cotton jersey, fleece fabrics, nylon spandex, bamboo/ poly/ cotton/ lycra blends, alfino chiffon, laser georgette, pique, melange, polyester grindle, pv jersey dyed, nylon mesh and the list goes on.

We do not have a retail outlet. We are direct manufactures and we try to keep our manufacturing cost low by being factory direct and not having a retail outlet or a retail margin. Our prices are some of the lowest in Australia and we are globally very competitive.

We are more than happy to provide samples for all of our projects and where financially feasible. We understand that sampling is a very important part of any garment making business. We have a sampling fee that we charge for orders that do not go in to the main production. We can provide fit/size samples, fabric samples, print samples, etc, in order for our clients to know what their final product will be.
